Volunteer Reserve Service HAC Miniature Medal King Charles III

Originally introduced in 1999, the Volunteer Reserve Service Medal (VRSM) replaced several previous military decorations, including the Royal Naval Reserve Decoration, the Royal Naval Reserve Long Service and Good Conduct Medal, the Efficiency Decoration, the Efficiency Medal, and the Air Efficiency Award. Eligibility for this award now requires a minimum of 10 years of service for all ranks in the reserve forces.
